Operation Model

The BRL Consultant discusses the time-frame and the deliverable with the project coordinator. He provides training and templates to the members, reviews their work, helps structure the analysis and provides advice on project management and communication to our partners.

The client will communicate both with BRL Consultant and Project Coordinator for project debriefing, setting the expectations and tracking the progress.

Project execution team is carefully selected after scanning numerous resumes and interviewing candidates to ensure that only best of the lot get the chance to work.
