But researching a market can be time consuming and entrepreneurs can bring some biases with them. Workshop aims to highlight the ways & tools entrepreneurs can use to evaluate their market and competitors.

Registration : 9:30- 10:00 AM
Workshop: 10:00 – 11:30. Workshop will focus on techniques that Startups can follow to assess and evaluate following for their startup:
• Market Potential – Is market big enough for the start-up to scale?
• Consumer Segmentation – What are the different kind of consumers in the selected market?
• Selecting the Target Consumer Group – Are we hitting on the most profitable consumer segment?
• Competitor Analysis – How do we research about competitors? How important is it to know about competitors?
It will be an interactive session with few brainstorming activities for startups. Session will include interesting case studies of some of the successful startups and companies. Session will be conducted by BizResearchLabs teams.
Case Studies: 11:30 – 12:15 – We’ll pick some of the real start-ups being created by the members of the Startup Creation Program and they will be discussed and analyzed for these aspects of their markets.
